Store Policy


We hope that you love your Social Hotcakes purchase, but if you change your mind on an item, you have 30 days to return it to us. Make sure that it’s unused, and in its original packaging (in the same condition that it was when you received it).
Please include a note, giving us your full name, the email address you used to make the order, and your order number (without this, we won’t know that it’s from you).

You’re responsible for paying the postage costs.
When we receive your item we’ll inspect it (checking that it’s in tip-top shape), and then send you an email with store credit to the same value. We cannot offer any refunds.


If you have received a defective item, drop us an email at and then post us your item (with a note giving us your full name, your email address and your order number) to the address above.
Once we’ve checked that it is indeed defective, we’ll send you a replacement, and refund you the money you spent getting it back to us.
If you’re shipping us a package that’s worth more than £50, we’d always recommend that you opt for tracked delivery. Otherwise, we can’t guarantee that we’ll receive your item.
